April 6 Update

Hello, It has been a little while since I have sent an update. As you may recall we were fighting a fierce battle in just trying to deliver these lunches to the community. I am thankful to say that it has gotten easier to get these meals out the last couple of weeks. Sure there are always minor things that try to get in the way but for the most part there has been no major wrenches thrown into the works. I know it is because of the prayers that we are receiving, I thank you so much.

So as an update, God is growing this ministry in so many ways. First I have been getting help making sandwiches from my 4 year old son Cameron. It seems he also has a passion for doing this. He has not gone out with me to deliver them but he has become an important part of the behind the scenes. Another breakthrough is that Diana LaFlame from here in St. Augustine is not only interested in helping out but is really working on trying to get supplies either donated or to be able to purchase things at cost. This is possibly an amazing development. We currently put together 30 lunches each time we go out. This used to be enough, now however word has gotten out about us and we are caught short. If we can cut costs or get donations that will allow us to put more lunches together and even go out more than 1 time a week.

The last and in my opinion biggest development is that yesterday we had some people ask if we would pray for them. I said that we would and I got there names and some needs. I have been praying for them and am passing the list along to you all so that you can pray for them as well.

Joyce - a job so she could have income

Ray - a blessed life for the year and a job

Ben - health

John, Bob, David, Ike - They did not have specific but asked that we pray for them.

These were the types of doors we had been praying for that would be opened and God has delivered. Thank you all so much for your prayers. This experience is pretty new to me. I am learning as so I am open for any pointers or advice that anyone could give me. Thanks. For His glory,

Mitch
