Fellowship and crooks

Hello all,
PRAISE GOD, that He went before us and allowed us to go and hand out lunches and have small group this week. On Thursday I went out with Diana and Andy, we had a smaller crowd at the small group this week. But God is so good, we were able to give a Bible out to someone who needed one, and we had the chance to really fellowship with one another. We got to know more about them and their families and they got to know more about us, our families and our lives. One correction I want to make is that a couple of weeks ago I got someones name wrong. The man that professed faith in Christ name is Joe not John John as I had written. However there is a man that we see there whose name is John John. Sorry about that, but while we were fellowshipping with John John (not Joe) he gave us what I believe to be the best compliment and challenge we could ever receive. He said, “You guys need to go to the store down there where all the crooks hang out. Maybe you can straighten them out like you straightened us out.” God is truly moving in this ministry. When we first started handing out sandwiches, we just went to wherever we saw people. The entire reason that we started going to this particular block and handing out lunches is because God sent somebody to tell us, “Hey you guys need to go back there, there are some really hungry people back there that need it.” And God has turned that into a bible study with true fellowship. Every Thursday, I am excited to see what God is going to do. I thank you for your prayers and ask for your continued support. I hope these updates are an encouragement to you in your prayer life. And if they are, I invite you to share this blog with a friend or to write back and leave comments on the blog, so that others may find encouragement in your words. God is moving in all our lives, Let us share it all together. For His Glory we live, Mitch
