Prayer Request

Hello all, Praise God this morning. This is a bonus blog this week. I just wanted to ask for your prayer. This morning around 6:15am as Jenn was driving to school on Road 16a in St. Augustine, a car was driving in her lane, comimg straight at her she swerved and was driven into the ditch. SHE IS OK. God is good all the time. Even though she was driven off the road, the only damage is to the car. She walked away without a scratch or even getting muddy. She did go into a very steep ditch and came to a rest about 3 inches in front of a concrete culvert. That would have made her come to a complete halt. Thank the Lord. The tow truck driver said, “She is real fortunate that that culvert didn’t come any quicker.” I just ask that you pray for her and her emotions and feelings about it. You get pretty shook up when you realize how close we all are to our end. And you really can get overwhelmed when you realize how much God loves you and protects you all the time. I mean who else stopped Jenn’s car just short of that culvert? So I just ask that you pray for her. Also pray for us and just sorting out what to do about transportation and getting this car fixed. Oh, you may be wondering, but this does have a sandwich connection. The car that she was driving at the time was “the sandwich car” the car that everyone recognizes and knows we are there to bring food and the Word. Also I have gotten emails and calls from some of you in regards to Sabrina. I don’t have any news good or bad. She is still missing. In my heart the long there is no news probably the better. The more likely it seems that she would have just made herself disappear. So that is the prayer, and as soon as I have any news I will let you know. Thank you for your prayer and concerns about her. For his glory, Mitch

September 20th, 2006 at 4:12 pm First, praise be to God that Jenn is ok, walking away from an accident that could have been deadly! That was nothing but God in action, as He always is! I will definitely keep Jenn in prayer that her shaken emotions may be stabilized soon, and I also pray and know that God’s blessings is going to provide you with a new vehicle or the repair of your present vehicle. Your dedication to His will, will not go unnoticed. He is pleased with what you are doing; therefore, will provide you with the tools you need! You are all in my prayers always. Keep the faith! With much love and sincerity, Vivienne

September 20th, 2006 at 8:27 pm God is so good! I am sooo glad to hear that Jenn is okay and was not hurt. I would feel the same way if something traumatic like that happened to me or anyone in my family. But yes, I will be praying for her emotions, as well as a new means for sandwich transportation. You have an important mission that is evident to all that God is moving in, so I know He will provide. It just reminds me of the story of Joseph in the Bible…out of something that was meant for bad God turned it around and made it good..that is what I am expecting. So I’m excited to see how God will work in this! And I know that God will give Jenn the strength to make it through this.
